Help!!!! i went to conection doctor after my mac mail would send (straght to outbox) and would receive new emails and it said smtp error and something about mail password and username or something not correct but I know they are!! please help i need mail for school 😟 this is a vital time in my IB life

I've had this problem with some mail servers before. It's annoying, but one thing that usually would work is simply quitting mail and restarting it. You can also try the same with your computer. It makes no sense, but repeatedly in my case it did the trick.
But the message would keep coming back, and I don't recall what fixed it ultimately.

nope, neither ones of your replies have worked 😟 and when i send a message, it sends at 200 kb/s up to 95% then goes to zero kb/s then stops sending
In the Connection Doctor window, click the Show Detail button. A drawer opens at the bottom of the window. Try to send a message, and then post the text that appears in the drawer. Anonymize any personal information before posting.

You can remove whatever was there before you sent the test message.

yes on that one, however I tried to send my powerpoint investigation which was 20.6 mb but at 95% it stopped sending, those are my main problems, i'm actually quite surprised it sent , must've been a previous suggestion

That's much too big for email. You'll have to send it some other way; e.g., yousendit.com.
