Q: Update pop up for software that is never installed

I got update in App Store for UbikReader, which I never had installed. Nor did I install any apps from the same developer. When I click on the update button, it pops up an Apple ID I never know. Why this happens and what I should do?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)
