While the iTunes installer was running, it inspected ALL the extensions in

/System/Library/Extensions...

,,, and discovered that one of the extensions already there, named "hpPIuginInit.kext" was not installed there correctly.

This is a Hewlett Packard Extension, possibly for a Printer. It has NOTHING to do with iTunes.

In Fact, the message in the box behind says that The Installation [of iTunes] completed successfully.

>> You should believe it.

If your Hewlett Packard Printer is not working properly, you should re-install its software.

Whenever you might have an installation or disk drive problem, it is a good idea to run Disk Utility.

In current versions, you can select your Hard drive by Hardware_name and ( Repair Disk ). If it finishes in seven seconds, select your Macintosh_HD and click ( Repair Disk ) again. It should run for several minutes.

( Repair Permissions ) is for a very rare problem when Applications will not launch AT ALL. It will not hurt anything, but it rarely fixes anything either. It sometimes generates dozens of messages you can ignore.

I can understand why you are concerned about that screen. With Justin Beiber and nothing else, it does look broken.
