Normally you just stop using it and create another.
What is the reason you want it destroyed?

To "Delete" a User Account (and erase all their data and user name) go into your Applications folder>System Preferences>Users & Groups>in the left hand column click on the User Name's Account that you want to permanently Delete, to highlight it>assuming You have Administrator account status yourself, click on the "Padlock" icon down in the left hand corner of that window and enter your Password to unlock the Padlock>then click the "Minus" symbol at the bottom of the User Account column above. That will Delete that User's account and name.
