Except for the Home page ALL objects are either in the NAV layer or in the HEADER layer.
You made the NAV layer invisible, but the objects are still there.
They are covered by the HEADER layer.
So move them out of the NAV layer.

Ok, bear with me here, I need some clarification. How do I change the z index of those images and get them out of the nav layer WITHOUT changing their position on the page?
I see that they are in the header layer. I had gone into the layout section and changed the height of of the header layer to make it fit the links too. Assuming that was a bad idea? Should I make the header layer smaller, so it doesn't reach the links?
And WHERE is the nav layer? I don't understand how to pull objects out of it because I don't see it.
Thank you so much for your help!
We had this issue because we thought it would be nice to incorporate a border around the entire page...thus, and although we moved it all the way to the back, it acted as a shield preventing hyperlink activation. Once again, No Fill and Moved ALLTHE WAY to the back.
Use something else as a border - just wanted to get this posted as a possible solution.
