Reinstall again from your original media, as described here:

Aperture 3.4: May quit unexpectedly on launch after updating

If that does not fix it - did you also reinstall Final Cut by any chance? Then you need to reinstall Mountain Lion as well, see Aperture 3.x: Aperture unexpectedly quits if Final Cut Express 4 is installed

If it is not the Final Cut problem, post the first 60 lines of the crash log.

as I suspected, you must have installed an application that has corrupted your system library by installing a wrong framework.

Dyld Error Message:

Library not loaded: /Library/Frameworks/PluginManager.framework/Versions/B/PluginManager

Referenced from: /Applications/Aperture.app/Contents/MacOS/Aperture

Reason: no suitable image found. Did find:

/Library/Frameworks/PluginManager.framework/Versions/B/PluginManager: no matching architecture in universal wrapper

You need to reinstall your MacOS X. You can install on top of your current system - you do not need to make a clean install.

See this post by Linc Davis on how to reinstall:

Back up all data.

Boot into Recovery by holding down the key combination command-R at the startup chime. Release the keys when you see a gray screen with a spinning dial.

Note: You need an always-on Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection to the Internet to use Recovery. It won’t work with USB or PPPoE modems, or with proxy servers, or with networks that require a certificate for authentication.

When the OS X Utilities screen appears, follow the prompts to reinstall the OS. You don't need to erase the boot volume, and you won't need your backup unless something goes wrong. If your Mac was upgraded from an older version of OS X, you’ll need the Apple ID and password you used to upgrade, so make a note of those before you begin.
