How to View & Purchase iTunes Published Playlists on iPad (ios6)?

How does one view and purchased published playlists from the iTunes store from an iPad. Activating a website's link button of the itunes URL for example https://c.itunes.apple.com/us/imix/rumba/id598102475 results in an eror message “This feature is not currently available on ios6.” Does anyone know of a work around?
