After I updated to 6.1 I can not find caller ID on/off switch in settings

There is no show my caller Id icon there is only My number , reply with messages and SIM PIN

Did you speak to someone and they told you "I don't know"?

Did they not answer the phone?

Regardless, my recommendation is to keep trying. Someone there will eventually help you.
