how can i download iCloud on ASUS?

I cant back up my I phone. I have an ASUS tablet. Can I download icloud on it?

No.

iCloud is for Macs, PCs and Apple mobile devices.

You may be able to setup your email on it: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4864
