Does anyone know of the best in-car connection/hands free kit suitable for an iphone 5?

I need to get myself a hands free kit for my car to conect my iphone 5 to. Im struggling to find one which is suitable. Can anyone tell me of one which will work as i have read many reviews on certain kits which put me off!

There must be one out there!
