How many rejects for greylisting?

Hi! I'm not new to greylisting, but at work the server reject the mx just once and the second times it is allowed to deliver: at home I'm trying to understand why or when a sender is rejected more than once from postfix greylisting. This is an example:

Feb 1 10:56:33 reveng /usr/libexec/postfix/greylist.pl[48684]: Temporary message rejection to: <recipient@email.xxx> from: <sender@email.xxx> sent from: [xx.125.83.43] for: 60 seconds due to greylisting
Feb 1 11:04:18 reveng /usr/libexec/postfix/greylist.pl[48747]: Temporary message rejection to: <recipient@email.xxx> from: <sender@email.xxx> sent from: [xx.125.83.47] for: 60 seconds due to greylisting
Feb 1 11:18:18 reveng /usr/libexec/postfix/greylist.pl[48827]: Temporary message rejection to: <recipient@email.xxx> from: <sender@email.xxx> sent from: [xx.85.215.179] for: 60 seconds due to greylisting

In example, the e-mail the server received last night at 1:00, i received at 6:40 in the morning... I suppose that is because it "doesn't understand" that different IP doesn't mean different mx server (clustering). Anyone know how to configure it correctly? There is something at GUI level I didn't configured, or have I to edit manually smtpd_recipient_restrictions in main.cf?

Thanks in advance,

** QUICK UPDATE **

Also from the same mx IP the greylisting rejected more than once:

Feb 1 09:21:59 reveng /usr/libexec/postfix/greylist.pl[48035]: Temporary message rejection to: <recipient@email.xxx> from: <sender@email.xxx> sent from: [xx.215.147.152] for: 60 seconds due to greylisting
Feb 1 09:22:15 reveng /usr/libexec/postfix/greylist.pl[48035]: Temporary message rejection to: <recipient@email.xxx> from: <sender@email.xxx> sent from: [xx.105.182.47] for: 60 seconds due to greylisting
Feb 1 09:22:16 reveng /usr/libexec/postfix/greylist.pl[48035]: Temporary message rejection to: <recipient@email.xxx> from: <sender@email.xxx> sent from: [xx.105.182.47] for: 60 seconds due to greylisting
Feb 1 09:22:21 reveng /usr/libexec/postfix/greylist.pl[48035]: Temporary message rejection to: <recipient@email.xxx> from: <sender@email.xxx> sent from: [xx.105.182.47] for: 60 seconds due to greylisting
Feb 1 09:22:31 reveng /usr/libexec/postfix/greylist.pl[48035]: Temporary message rejection to: <recipient@email.xxx> from: <sender@email.xxx> sent from: [xx.50.231.144] for: 60 seconds due to greylisting

I sent an e-mail from work this morning, and these are all the deliver attempts, before the last successful one:

Feb 1 11:51:07 reveng postfix/smtp[49034]: 4E73B29791F: to=<recipient@email.xxx>, relay=127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1]:10024, delay=16, delays=0.29/0.01/0/16, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 2.0.0 from MTA([127.0.0.1]:10025): 250 2.0.0 Ok: queued as 63693297932)

So: rejected 5 times and exactly 2,5 hours to deliver.
