I have TV series that imports to Home Videos?

I have three series of a TV Show, I think I burned them onto an old laptop, when I import them into iTunes it ignores the folders combining them into their individual series and puts them in home movies! I have a slight OCD about my iTunes being neat and everything being where it should be so I'm starting to frea out!

Is there no way to import the .mp4 files into iTunes, storing them in the TV section in their series folders?!

In the get info box. Select Options and change the Media Kind from Home Videos to TV Shows and they will show up in the right place.

You can also add more information into each episode that will ensure each TV episode in a series shows up as a group in iTunes. If you want to get even more meta data for each episode there are third party options that can add this information. MetaZ and VideoMonkey are good examples and are both free.
