i already put itunes card on my account and now i cannot see my card balance please help me

guys help me how can i get my itunes card balance. i put it on my account it was $100. i bought some apps from the app store. i was $95 left. but now if i bought some apps they charge my credit card not my itunes balance. please tell me how can i manage it,
