Apple TV & Apple Wireless Keyboard not pairing

My Apple keyboard is recognized by Apple TV, then discovery mode seems to shut off of the keyboard, (light stops blinking) and the keyboard disappears from my list of Bluetooth devices. Any suggestions?

Figured it out! I picked up my iPad to. Do some more researching on this issue and found that I could not type any longer. My keyboard was paired with my iPad. Once I tuned off Bluetooth on my iPad, pairing with Apple TV was a snap! Works great!!!
