Apple Mail>Preferences>Rules>Edit: box too big to fit on Pro screen

When I open the "News From Apple" rule, the box overflows the bottom of the screen and I can't reach the [Cancel] or [OK] buttons. Fortunately, I have a second, higher resolution, monitor attached, so I can drag the window over to the second monitor and can reach the buttons from it. There is probably a simple answer, which will make me feel dumb, but education has a cost.
