my computer and itunes wont read my ipod what do i do
HI i had all ready re-download Itunes and turned off my Ipod and turned it back on and it still wont show up on the computer or Itunes

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar. The sidebar is where Devices appears. and Control+B to show the Menu bar
Next try another computer to help determine if you have a computer or iPod problem.
well the problem is the ipod because nun of the computers are reading my ipod so what can i do to fix it

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Run this and see if the results help
it dose work and it dose charge and i did reset the ipod and itunes still wont read it i tried the sync test and it faild for the ipod
- Try another cable
- Inspect the dock connector for bend or missing contacts, foreign material, corroded contacts, broken, missing or cracked plastic.
- Make an appointment at the Genus Bar of an Apple store.
