Aperture not recognizing Fuji xs1 raw format. Have I lost those photos?

I have the latest version of Aperture, but it does NOT recognize my new camera, Fuji xs1 raw format, that I always use. So, did I lose all those photos I imported? As I click to select one, it turns black and states "format not supported". Pretty sloppy for Aperture. Hope it updates this soon.

Aperture 3, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

The photos aren't "lost." You'll just need other RAW software to process them. Capture 1 and Lightroom both support it, as does Fuji's own software.
