How can I download google play store apps ?

Just in case I was unclear. I purchased a book on the google nexus 7. When I read the the book on my iPad mini, after signing in to play.store using the safari browser. There is a message. "Download the google book app" For ipad. If you click on this it goes to the apple store. I successfully installed the book reader which now allows me to download and read the book I purchased. So this kind of app is designed to work. You cannot buy books through this reader. There are good clear instructions and at least I didn't lose my money

For those vendors that have produced apps for both platforms, this isn't all that uncommon. Both Amazon and B&N, for example, will allow downloads of a book to any of the devices they have producred apps for from the respective webites. But the original question concerned downloading apps from the Googleplay store to iOS, which you can't.

To an iPad, you can't.

You can download the google play book reader if u have purchased a book via the store. It's in the appstore.

The answer won't change no matter how many times you ask. Apps in the Google Play Store are for Android devices and will not run on an iPad.

Thanks, but that's rather irrelevant to the question aldimaiwat asked, which was how to download apps, not how to buy books.
