APN is returning automatically to its default values

I'm using in Czech Republic (carrier Telefonica O2 Czech Replublic) on my iPhone 4S (iOS 6.0.1) APN "internet.open" and on my iPad 3 (iOS 6.0.1) APN "internet.s" and my APN sometimes automatically returns to is default value "internet". Why? I need tu keep my setting!
