why is my email offline

My email is not sendng or receiving meesages. It is offline....HELP?!😐

Hello,

Who is your eMail provider, the part after the @ sign?

In Mail's Window Menu, choose Connection Doctor, any red dots for status, if so what is the message?

Then click the Show Details button & Check again.

All the lights are green in the connection doctor, but my account is still (offline). What's your next suggestion?
