Can my ex use my phone to locate where I am? My ex and I recently split up and he keeps saying that he can locate me thru location services on my IPhone. Can he do that and if he can would he still be able to if I turn off my location services?

Only if he has the password for your Apple ID or if you have actively shared your location with him in Find my Friends. Other than that, there's no way he can do it if your phone isn't jailbroken.
If you're in doubt, change your Apple ID password.
Only if find my iphone is installed and he knows the password in which case changing the appleid passwoed would fix it

If both of you installed find my friends app by apple on both of your iPhones then yes he can see where u are at. The only way to solve your problem is to go to apple and change your email settings on your phone. The people at the apple store will help you set that up.give them a try
