Well, according to this article form Apple ( http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4859 ) videos on your camera roll are backuped up to iCloud. Of course it does make references to the suggestion that you use wifi for some of the backups, and I suspect that it might be related to the fact that some things only synce to iCloud (like Photo Streams) when you are connected to wifi.

You could try toggling photo stream off, then back on in your iCloud settings on your computer to see if that would get things going. If they are on your computer, you could also add them by deleting them from the camera roll on your phone (if they're there), then transferring them from your computer back to the camera roll on your phone using an app like PhotoSync. Once there, they will be seen as new photos and added to photo stream.

I hear what you are saying, but its yet another thing I have to buy to overcome Apple's crappy system.

And I dont have a Mac.!!

It just drives me bonkers. And I have duplicate contacts now too.

It was bad enough that it moved all my Outlook contacts from my 'email account contacts' to 'icloud contacts'.

I am kinda scared now to do anything, as I never really know what is going to happen or be changed by Apple's programs.
