Small problem with iTunes for Windows - anyone else with this issue?

This has been going on for a while now. I'm finally gonna ask:

When I'm using iTunes on my Windows Vista PC, and I make it full-screen, the right and bottom edges are cut off slightly.

You can tell by loking at the "iTunes Store" and "Check for Updates" buttons.
