How do I post a screenshot from an iPhone to this forum?

I have a screen shot on my iPhone 5 that I would like to post to this forum. I can see how I can make a copy from the photo app but I can't find any way to paste it into this forum. Has anyone figured this out?

I also notice the same problem when attempting this from my iPad Mini.

On my iMac I see an editing bar that does not exist on user the iPhone or the iPad. Is there some way to activate this on the iPhone or the iPad?

What I do is use the Mac to transfer the screen shot that I took on the iPhone or iPad. I get the screen shot to the Mac using Photo Stream, then use the editing bar on the Mac that you're referring to.

I wonder if apple even realizes this is a problem? In another thread someone reported that the edit bar flashes for a moment when the page first loads, but I didn't see it. But, even if it could appear, how would we find the image we want?

If it would appear, the image you want would be in Camera Roll.

But the edit bar's appearance is hypothetical.
