I started a internet radio station and it records it as a mp3. When i'm done editing i put it on soundcloud but i'm not quite sure how to upload it from soundcloud to itunes. Does anyone know how to do this?

SoundCloud appears to be a sharing site which plays the media files in an embedded player. This won't work in iTunes: you have to provide a direct link to the actual media file - the test is that if you enter the URL in Safari it plays in an otherwise blank window in Safari. The URL must include the extension, e.g. ,mp3.
This page on podcasting includes a sample basic feed so that you can see what one should look like.
Only if SoundCloud produces its own rss feed in a proper podcasting format with direct links to the media files would you be able to use it with iTunes: from the little I saw it didn't look as if it did this.
I tried doing it through feedburner http://feeds.feedburner.com/Gidradio and this is the url i got however when i submit it, it says "We had difficulty downloading episodes from your feed.
Your feed has no 'enclosure' tags containing the URL of episode media files as required for iTunes: indeed there appear to be no media files at all (only image files, jpg and png, which won't be recognized).
Each episode must have an 'enclosure' tag with the direct URL (not an embedded player or downloading link) to a media file which must be .mp3, .mp4, .m4a, .mov or .m4v.
How can i create this enclosure tag? Do i just post the mp3 url in the post on the website. Also that is the RSS feed for the website where we post other media as well such as articles and videos, do i need to create a seperate feed for the podcast alone?
You are creating your feed in Wordpress and I'm afraid I can't advise on that. It is possible to create a proper podcast feed in Wordpress - others have done it, though it does appear to be very easy to get into a tangle with it. It's certainly advisable to have a separate podcast feed, particularly if you are going to mix entries with media files and entries without, but exactly how you would go about that in Wordpress I'm afraid I don't know: there may be a forum for it you could ask in.
Can i just create another one elsewhere. Since i post the episodes on my site via soundcloud as well. I would just like to provide my listeners with the option to find it via itunes.
There's no reason why you shouldn't run your podcast in WordPress/iTunes in parallel with the same recordings in SoundCloud but you'd have to do it all entirely separately.
Hey, thabnks for the help so far, i downloaded podcast maker to create the podcast to submit to itunes but can't figure out how to publish it where would i find my server and path. This is the screen shot.
That looks OK but you might have to enter something in the Path field such as public_html - that's something you would have to confirm with the people running your server.
How can i submit a podcast through soundcloud?
