iTouch locked
My daughter forgot her passcode for her iTouch and it is now locked. How do we unlock it without doing a factory reset? She has pictures of her grandma that passed away on it that she does not want to lose.

If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to Restore the device...
Connect to iTunes on the computer you usually Sync with and Restore...

If necessary Place the Device into Recovery mode...

Once the Device is asking to be Restored with iTunes... it is too late to save anything...
To minimise loss... Connect to iTunes on the computer you Usually Sync with and Restore from the most recent Backup...
