WiFi Speedometer for OS X?

My wife's PC/Windoze wireless manager has a read out for WiFi connection speed. (I saw that the PC was getting 24Mbps connection speed from our Linksys WRT54G router.)

Is there an app or widget for Mac OS that shows connection speed to the router?

MacBook Pro 1.83 and 20" G5 iMac, Mac OS X (10.4.2)

I checked those apps out and none of them are what I want. I just want a little window or widget that says what connection speed my computer's Airport Extreme card has with my Linksys router.

My wife's IBM PC has a little network monitor tab that when opened shows what WiFi network she is on and what connection speed the wireless card has to our router. That's all I want.

I want to know how much my connection speed varies as I move the thru the house. I want to optimize antenna placement.
