Can anyone help me my Apple TV has stuck on a update in step one preparing update watt can I do

Hold down the Menu and Play/Pause buttons for around 5 seconds. The white LED on the Apple TV will flash, Apple TV will reboot, and you can try again. This just worked for me, I found the answer somewhere else on the forum.
