how do i change track pad settings in windows 7 via bootcamp?

Hey I have a Macbook pro mid 2012 and my settings on Mountain Lion allows me just to touch to click. How can I create the same settings but while using Windows 7 via bootcamp?

It's in the Boot Camp control panel (In Windows control panel)

Thanks for the help found it but is there a way to change the sensitivity of the track pad for windows?
