Without wifi?
Can transferring purchases from my ipad be done without wifi? My home does not currently have wifi and I'd like to transfer items from my ipad to my computer.
Also does "purchases" include free podcasts?

Yes, you would use the included USB cable and use iTunes on your syncing computer.
