Hi,
I started in Photos and went through my images; and when i found one I wanted in the Smart Album I added a specific keyword to that image. I ended up with a smart album which is a composite of images from different projects sharing a common keyword.
But I can't figure out how to do the rest.

Well, since you ask, is there a way to export an image plus specific white borders as one file?
Are you looking to do something like this:
That's my standard for emailing or posting on forums. It's done with the excellent plug-in BorderFX.
There is no better way to add borders (or text) with Aperture's built-in features.

Adorama, an online digital printer in NY, won't print 12' x 18" with borders. I need an image 11.5" x 17.25" C-printed on 12" x 18", but with borders so taht the mat won't eat into the image. That's the reason I'm asking.
