i would like to know how to download items on pc from old ipad to new ipad

If the apps are on your computer's iTunes then connect your new iPad to your computer and select it on the left-hand sidebar of your computer's iTunes (if you are on iTunes 11 on your PC and the left-hand sidebar isn't showing then control-S should get it to appear), and then on the right-hand side use the Apps tab to select which of those apps to sync to the iPad.

i have a new ipad (due to amashing a previous one) and have downloaded games and itmes to my PC, i now wantto lown load those itmes to new Ipad. can some please help me do this
