Any suggestions for back-up strategies? I'm thinking of using two different hard drives - one for Mountain Lion using time capsule and another for the bootcamp partition. How should I format the external bootcamp back-up drive and can I use any win 7 compatible back-up program?
Windows comes with its own backup utility that you can use to backup to a separate backup drive. Or you can use a third-party utility such as Winclone 3.7 to backup to a Mac formatted disk.

That is the default format for Windows disks. You must do it in Windows, however. The Mac cannot create an NTFS formatted disk.
