I have outlook calender on Imac

I have outlook on both Imac & PC. I have been using them in the icloud for almost a year and all has been ok, untill 2 months or so ago. I now try to make a new appointment and for a split second I have all functions. After about .5 seconds I lose the tabs function (it hides), I lose right click and editing and already installed notes formatting and font has changed?????? It is not a windows 7 issue, microsoft spent hours before realizing it was the icloud.
