Fullscreen analog clock like on the iPad?
Is it possible to display the analog clock on the iOS 6 iPhone clock app in fullscreen like you can do on the iPad? How?
Look for an app in the app store.

Thanks, but didn't find any with an Apple elegance look, free, without ads, and simple to use. Everyone I found failed on at least one of these requirements
As Apple has not made the version of the Clock app on the iPad available for the iPhone, you're just going to have to keep looking. Not really much else to do..
