Ipad disabled, broken home button. How do I restore?

My Ipad has been disabled because I entered the wrong passcode too many times.

Also the home button is broken as my little sister dropped the ipad a few months back, so I am unable to put the Ipad into recovery mode.

The Ipad tells me to connect it to itunes, but when I connect it to Itunes it tells me that it cant connect to the Ipad because it is locked with a passcode.
