importing music from cd's

Ok I need to pull my hair out.

I have an Ipod shuffle with music on that I loaded from putting cd's (legally bought) and now I want to add more so that I

can take my music with me on holiday and the cd's keep ejecting. I already have the music on Windows Media and when I try to sync it tell

me to put in the device that is already in? Help. I find the I products very difficult to use.
