I re-did my Apple ID (for reasons) and I deleted WhatsApp. How can I get it back now?

Okay so I had an old Apple ID and it didn't work at all. I couldn't download anything from it, or do anything. I re-created an Apple ID and everytime I'd click on a free app to download it, It would ask me for my old Apple ID password. I noticed that apps I never downloaded before, they ask me for my new password so I deleted all of my apps without thinking. Now I really need my WhatsApp application that I payed for. How can I restore it?

(Sorry if it's confusing!)

All apps, and other iTunes downloads, as tied to the account that originally bought/downloaded it - so if you bought it with your old account then you will need to login with that account and it should then show in the Purchased tab in the App Store app on your iPhone, or the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.

But if you re-download an account's past purchases then you risk tying that device or computer to that account for 90 days : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627
