I have the seasons pass for Suits, season 2. Last week episode 12 was supposed to be updated into the store, but never was. This week, epiosde 13 came without still having uploaded episode 12. How do I get this missing episode?
I'm having the same issue. I submitted a support ticket, and they basically told me "the content provider must have decided not to upload that episode". Ok... So what now? What do we do when we paid for a complete season but are only getting a partial season? What is the recourse, what is the resolution?
