accidentally deleted my iTunes apps..

i accidentally deleted my itunes and could not download it anymore from the site, any advise what to do?

i tried downloading it again but nothing happen or nothing appears on my screen if its downloading or not..it just says thank you for downloading but nothing actually happens.

please help?
