I want to update my iphone4

I haven't updated my iphone4 since ios 4.3.1, can i now update to ios 6.1?

iPhone 4, iOS 4.3.1

Yes you can. You need to use iTunes on a Mac or PC

In any version of the iOS prior to iOS 5.0 you must connect your device to a computer running iTunes. You might also, at this time update your iTunes to the latest version which is iTunes 11.

Start iTunes on your computer and connect your device. Select your device in iTunes and select Summary from the row of tabs presented. Then scroll down to Check for Updates.
