I either forgot my master password or it isn't working because of the malware that my computer is infected with. How do I deal with this? I have my recovery key but I don't know how to use it. Any one know what to do? I believe my computer has been infected with the Java malware. I need to reinstall Lion.

why do you believe it is infected with malware?
