How do I sync IPhone with ITunes library withoutlosing songs on my IPhone that are not in Library?
And how do I move songs on my IPhone to my library?

Any songs that have been purchased on your phone can be redownloaded to the library on your computer.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.
