Apple ID
I changed my Apple ID email address on my Mac. iPhone still shows the old email address and will not let me login. How do I sync the two?

Try logging out of your account on the iPhone by tapping on the id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it.
