Can't see my iCloud music in iTunes in my MacBook like i did before

Hi, i wanna ask if someone have the same problem as me.


A couple of days ago all my iCloud music is just gone from my MacBook, i turned off and on several times itunes match in itunes but it didn'd work, i re installed the OS X and itunes separately and it didn't help, y just can't see my music in the macbook, i have it in the iphone and other pc and it works, i don't know if it's a problem with my apple id or somethings but y just don'r know what else to do, i called yesterday to apple support and they couldn't help me either.


Does anyone know something about this?

I had this problem, but if you click on the itunes next to the Apple and chose preferences, so to the store and check the box that says "Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases" the music will reappear.


It seemed to turn itself off somehow, but at least it came back.

There are two different services in play here. iTunes in the a Cloud and iTunes Match. Neither one requires the other.


iTunes in the Cloud is a service of the iTunes Store which allows you to re-download your past purchases. iTunes 11 integrates this service directly into the iTunes browser so you can see any past purchases not on your computer or not hidden in the purchase history. However, the option to see these purchases sometimes gets turned off in the prefs if the Internet connection is interrupted and you need to re-enable it.
