My iPhone 5 camera lens is scratched. Can I get that repaired at an Apple Store?

I went to take a picture with my phone this morning and noticed a horrible purple scratch in the picture. I can see the scratch on the lens when I look at it. I do not know how this showed up as I tend to take extremely good care with my phone. If I take this to an Apple Store can a genius fix it? My phone is still under warranty.
