I have;
turned off / on hold button
reset to factory (a few times) will respond first couple of pushes, then goes back into sleep ...no buttons will respond after that. I begin again ...turn on -turn off, reset
re-sysnc'd
I believe this all began after I left un-charged and battery totally died. -if this has any baring????

Right now stuck on language choice ...can't move beyond.
lol after turning on and off so many times (hold) button snapped off!!! so I use a paper clip. I hope HOLD button and on/off switch mean the same. Otherwise I do not have a hold button. What I thought was on/off switch when used ... sets a picture of a lock up next to battery so at this point pretty lost
