iTunes was unable to install the VoiceOver Kit. An unknown error occurred (32)

What i know is that this is from the new iTunes 11 when i had iTunes 10.7 voice over had no problem

I just received this error. I don't if you got it resolved or not, but when I closed the "Downloads" window, I was able to install the VoiceOver kit.

same for me... weird error
