I tried entering a new credit card onto my account and it kept telling me that it doesn't match my bank records. So I kept trying to enter it over and over again and still no success. Then the next day I look on my account records for my card and there are about twelve charges of $2.15 to apple on my card. What are teu and how do I get rid of them cause its about $26 dollars total that it took.
thanks for the answer. Apple has no trouble with charging me with $2.15 for each free download and each upgrade to a free app. I finally got tired of adding up charges .($40.0) over last six months, don;t know how much last year.
I explained all this to chat support , she was simpathetic, but that don't help my wallet. Someone must have got better results. By the way there call backs never happen,
