I ddn't want to pay for match and I have more music than you can store on iCloud for free.
Is there no other way? Just a sync or copy process?

You could use homesharing to show you only the content from the other library that isn't on the first one, select everything and import. This will do what you want but it's not automatic.

I need to import added albums and new playlists.
As mentioned this is for content only. With homesharing running and whilst viewing the other library, change the setting in the bottom left corner to 'items not in my library', then click the import button in the bottom right corner.
For future imports you may want to set up automatic imports from the settings menu.
For playlists you would need to export them as XML files on one computer (file > library > export playlist) then transfer it to the other computer and import it.
